The process is the same for every new student and renter — simple, self-serve, and designed to get you flying as quickly as possible.
Call, email, or fill out our contact form. We'll answer your questions and get you pointed in the right direction.
Contact us →We create your account in FlightCircle using your name and email. You'll receive an invitation to log in and access your onboarding checklist.
In your FlightCircle dashboard, open the New Student / New Renter Onboarding tab and complete each item:
Once onboarding is complete, you're cleared to book flights directly through FlightCircle. Your instructor will coordinate your first lesson or rental from there.
Note on renter's insurance: Renter's insurance is required for any solo flight. If you are enrolling solely for dual instruction — such as a Discovery Flight or Flight Review with an instructor — you are not required to purchase it as part of onboarding. We'll let you know if this applies to your situation.
